Role Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are passionate about sales and excel in a high-volume calling environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on engaging with decision-makers through cold calling. Our team provides the necessary resources, including pre-qualified leads and decision-maker contact details, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling and Lead Engagement:
- Make between 150 to 250 calls every 10 hours to engage potential clients, using provided direct lines to decision-makers.
- Pitch and Prospect Management:
- Skillfully pitch our solution to prospects, ask insightful questions, and book meetings. You are expected to manage all aspects of meeting preparation, including confirmation of meetings 24 hours in advance and follow-ups with prospects who are late or may not show.
- Sales Qualification and Buyer Journey:
- Gain proficiency in BANT qualification and understand the buyer journey to effectively identify and engage potential leads.
- Lead Follow-Up:
- Diligently follow up on leads as a critical part of the sales process.
- Meeting Targets:
- Achieve a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per week for each project assigned.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to create rapport and establish credibility. Engage in consultative conversations to uncover opportunities and provide solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline development, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to share insights with sales leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gather feedback from prospects and customers regarding their experience with the sales process and product offerings. Share insights and recommendations with the sales and product teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software (we use Close CRM)- optional
